Mademoiselle Le Normand and her trial

These Souvenirs from Belgium, or hundred days of misfortunes relate the arrest of the sybil Marie-Anne Le Normand (1772-1843) and her trial. The frontispiece shows her in her cell of the Brussels jail. See T.Depaulis in „A Wicked Pack of Cards“, pp. 116-142 and particularly pp. 127-128. Fine book with an AUTOGRAPH SIGNATURE in brown ink of the author below the copyright at the back of the half-title.
