Form filled by hand, issued on November 4, 1799, by the town of Sonnenburg (near Frankfurt/Oder, now Poland: Slónsk) to Johann Wilhelm Leidicke. Ornamental initial, wax seals of the town & of the baking trade. Watermark: bounding stag & indistinct letters. Type. 350x435 mm. Backs: Plain. 1799.
Faint folding marks, uniform browning, 2 round stains (from the seals).
