Large ornamental letter with a broad edging of lace paper and an oval vignette in chromolithography (hay harvest) in an embossed figurative frame (cherubs and vase of flowers) at the letterhead. Handwritten text of a son to his parents on the occasion of the New Year (ink). 428x275 mm. Backs: Plain. Circa 1900.
The letter is signed by a René Dauvergne.
A tiny marginal tear, 2 minimal defects in the outmost left border, very good conservation.
